Proverbs 6:6-8 says:
Go to the ant, O sluggard,
Observe her ways and be wise,
Which, having no chief,
Officer or ruler,
Prepares her food in the summer
And gathers her provision in the harvest.
Wisdom is working with no need for an overseer. Slow, diligent, consistent work beats fast, scattered spurts of work mixed with a lot of "rest". However, an ant has an advantage: face pinchers. My work would be more consistent if I could pick stuff up with my face.
