Kindness and truth. Truth and kindness. They will try to leave me; but I must bind and write them into my life and heart. After interacting with me, people should feel loved and know truth. I can’t sacrifice kindness in order to speak honestly. I can’t sacrifice the truth in order to be kind.
Father, please help me to live within this tension by Your grace. Give me Your love for people and clear thinking to know what’s true in the moment. – Amen.
